Good afternoon families,
Happy New Year everyone! Thank you very much for the lovely gifts before the holidays! I am well rested and ready for second term!
Attached is our monthly calendar and information for upcoming events and dates.
January Calendar:
The month looks very blank but I will update when more dates are added.
Indoor Shoes and Clothes:
Please bring indoor shoes, rain boots and extra clothes (all labeled) for your child’s cubby as soon as possible as the weather is calling for heavy rain tomorrow and throughout the week.
Toys from Home:
Thank you for your continued help keeping special belongings at home. Just a reminder unless you are special helper sharing your items, a school expectation is that toys and items from home stay at home.
Dressing for Winter:
As the weather continues to get colder and wetter please have a conversation with your child about dressing for the weather. I will continue to encourage changing into warmer and waterproof clothing as well as changing into outdoor pants and shoes.
Assembly:
Our class will be leading our Celebration of Learning Assembly on Friday January 23 at 10:40am (after recess). We will be presenting along with our buddy class Division 5. We hope you can make it!
