The Carrot Seed

Hello every one!

I hope you had a wonderful weekend even though the weather was quite temperamental. Spring means that there’s lots of rain and sunshine, which is just what plants need to grow and bloom.

For the next few weeks, you will be learning all about plants with Ms. Wong. Plants are so amazing: they are not only beautiful to look at, but many are even good for you to eat! Without plants, we wouldn’t be able to survive on Earth. Did you know that plants “breathe” just like you and I do? They breathe in a gas called, Carbon Dioxide, and breathe out another gas called “Oxygen.” And guess what? We need oxygen to survive! So hooray for plants!
