Gooooood morning class,
Yesterday afternoon I activated your accounts in Microsoft Teams. 🙂 You all probably received an invitation email in your Office 365 accounts. Click on that link and start getting familiar with the functions. This will take TIME (and unfortunately, I will not have many answers to your tech questions as I am learning about it myself)… google and YouTube are great places to go if you need step by step instructions for how to do something.
Question: how did your first assignment from the SEL challenge (posted yesterday) go? Who did you face time/video chat with? Did it make you feel any better? Did it make the person you called feel any better? Feel free to send me pictures of some of the things you’re doing in isolation (shout out to Victoria for the window hearts). OR post the pictures into the assignment I’ve set up on Teams (which by the way, isn’t sue until next week so don’t worry about it if you haven’t started yet.
That’s it for today! All you have to do is day 2 of the SEL chart, and start figuring out how Teams works.
***PRO TIP: use google chrome, and if a window pops up asking to run the program online or download the app, click download… it’s way easier that way***
ps: if you are celebrating a holiday over the weekend, I hope you can connect with your family members in some way to let them know you miss them… it’s hard not being together to celebrate but with today’s amazing technology, who says you can’t? HAVE A GREAT LONG WEEKEND!
