Dear Division 15,
Today I read you one of my favorite books this year called, A Bike Like Sergio’s. It is about a boy named Ruben who would love to have a bike, like his friend Sergio. He happens to see money falling out of someone’s purse and puts the dollar in his pocket. When he gets home it turns out that it was actually $100, which is more than enough to buy a bike. I found it interesting how he has many different emotions about the money that he finds and what he chooses to do with it.
