Hi everyone,
We will continue our inquiry about the moon – last week we focused on fiction and creativity, next week we will focus on non-fiction facts and stories. Hopefully we can answer many of our Moon Wonders!
In Math, we will begin focusing on addition! Our Math games we have played since the fall have prepared our brains for this!
**Remember, addition isn’t part of the kindergarten curriculum (so don’t panic!) but many of the math skills we will be learning are! Kindergartens can try our Math activities with adult support and keep practicing playing with numbers to 10 and beyond! (the games we have played so far).
This week we began learning about syllables in our small groups! Here are some syllable rules so that families can continue to practice when working with words!
