Catch-up afternoons

Were you away the day of a test? Did you earn ’emerging’ or ‘insufficient evidence’ on one or more sections of the test?

If you answered “yes” to either of these questions, then you need a catch-up afternoon! They are in my classroom, E204 and begin ~ 3:10pm.

If you were away the day of the test, just show up at the catch-up afternoon.

If you did earned ’emerging’ or ‘insufficient evidence’ on one or more sections of the test and would like another chance to show your learning, you need to do the following at least 48 hours before the catch up afternoon:

  • Test rewrite application
  • show me all completed work that was available to help you practice the material (completed review package, cahier activities, worksheets, Supersite etc)
  • Also remember that you’re welcome to come see me during flex time to get help!

Catch-up afternoon dates:

  • jeudi le 26 oct
  • mercredi le 8 nov
  • mercredi le 29 nov – LAST CATCHUP AFTERNOON FOR TERM 1
  • mardi le 12 déc – first catchup afternoon of Term 2
  • lundi le 22 jan @1pm (only for grade 8s who earned ‘insufficient evidence’ or ’emerging’ on the January grammar quiz)
  • mardi le 23 jan @1pm (only for grade 11s who earned ‘insufficient evidence’ or ’emerging’ on one or more sections of the Un0 test)
  • mardi le 6 fév – RESCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY FEB 8
  • jeudi le 22 fév
  • mardi le 5 mars – LAST CATCHUP AFTERNOON FOR TERM 2
  • mercredi le 10 avril
  • jeudi le 2 mai
  • mercredi le 22 mai
  • mardi le 4 juin
  • jeudi le 18 juin – LAST CATCHUP AFTERNOON FOR THE YEAR
