English

  • Bibliography for Mesopotamia due tomorrow
  • Please RSVP to our poetry “night” coming up on Friday, December 8th (Was your invitation “lost”.  Please find a printable under Notices.)
  • Students need to tell me what poems they’re reading for our Poetry “Night” by Wednesday

Math

  • 6s and 7s – Quiz Tuesday

Dictee 9 –  test tomorrow

Reading – Independent Novel Study for December due Friday, December 22nd.  (Students should be picking their next book very quickly so they have time to read and/or switch if need be.)

Science – Forest Inquiry projects due Tuesday

Coding – Fish Chomp Game (and alternate projects) due Wednesday

Art – We are doing Found Art inspired by Brian Jungen (a BC artist of Dane-Zaa ancestry).  Students should be planning and collecting discarded and recycled materials for their art projects.  They should come prepared to work on their projects Mondays and Thursdays.  Projects are due Friday, December 15th

  1. Are we allowed a bibliography website like easy bib? When I use it, the citations don’t look like the ones on the sheet you gave us.

  2. Hi madam! You said a couple of weeks ago that you would put a document or a place on your blog to write our science inquiry questions. I was wondering if it was still needed to write our questions, and if so, where I could find it. Thanks!

    1. I have not been given any instructions in so far as specific things to bring. They have activities planned but they’ve not told me what they are. Maybe just come prepared.
