What do I think about phones and social media?

 

          I think social media is great for wanting to get in contact with your friends or needing to search stuff up in a few seconds instead of needing to find a book. But it’s also what I like to call  brain poison. And i’m not going to lie,

I use my ipod ALL the time even though I know it’s not the greatest for my brain. The majority of the people on the planet have a iphone, ipod and an ipad and trust me i’m not trying to put down apple but it’s true and like i said before i have a ipod so i’m part of the apple squad.

   A few of my friends have the iPhone6 and iPhone7 and then when i told them i had my iPod and then my iPhone3 for emergencies they all were like “really” and they started to laugh. So in my opinion is if you buy your kid a brand new iPhone that’s OK, but PLEASE teach them to not be braggy about it and make other people feel bad about what they have or don’t have.

Lego Week

I believe that there should be a lego week in the Burnaby! First of all,LOTS of people love lego ,Second ,lego helps you with your creativity .Third ,what’s great about lego is you can take it apart and if you want build it again or build something new . Finally ,when it is LEGO week the people that don’t have money can play LEGO instead of just sitting doing nothing. Now those are the reasons why we should have a LEGO week!

 

Why is attribution important?

Attribution is really important. We should give attribution because it is polite and we are giving the person credit for their work. In my own opinion I think it is rude not to give the person credit for their own pictures, videos, and work. ( What does attribution mean? Attribution means giving someone credit for their own videos and pictures.) The reason why attribution is important to me. Is because you aren’t giving credit to the person who made the video or the picture and it is just rude. So that is why i think attribution is important.

My Carbon Foot Print

Do you know what carbon footprint mean well today I’ll tell you what it means the carbon footprint means

A carbon footprint is historically defined as “the total set of greenhouse gas emissions caused by an expressed as carbon dioxide equivalent.” (From Wikipedia)

what their saying is that the amount of carbon dioxide and other carbon stuff emitted due to consumption of fossil fuels by a particular human or group…

(The carbon footprint link)  If you go to the link you will be available to see how much space you take in the world you take, just make a account (or if u have one) just log in and then answer a few different questions (these question are NOT about your private information), and also an average person takes 2.17 Earth’s and I got 7.56 of how much carbon dioxide and about 3.56 Earth’s so I really got to make my carbon footprint DOWN more…

Rubix Cubes

Do you know what a rubix cube is?

I think everyone should have a rubix cube and know how to use it because rubix cubes; can help you at school when you’re doing patterns and it can also help you at school with fidgeting(and other places too)

To solve a rubix cube the first thing you need to do is solve the first layer(it looks like this)

To solve the first layer you need to the first three spaces as you can see on the rubix cube (the part that is turning) (it’s better to solve the white or black line first)

I had a lot of fun at the aqua van we learned about sea life and what we can do to make it last. There was lots of cool sea creatures such as sea cucumbers, starfish. There was also a lot of cool skulls like Arctic wolfs and even killer whales.there was also the pelts and fur. We learned that the ice is slowly melting and we need to do something fast. If we don’t then do you know what would happen? Well when ice melts it turns into water and that would lead to major flooding in major cities like newyork Tokyo and much more.
