Burnaby District Honour Ensembles

Burnaby school district offers five district auditioned choirs- two vocal choirs, and one Handbell Choir for Burnaby students. These choirs offer extra-curricular opportunities for interested students to further explore love of music. All choirs practice after school once a week and have numerous opportunities to perform at special events around the lower mainland.
The District Honour Groups are:
Burnaby Children’s Choir – Piccolini – This choir is for students in grades 1 – 4 and rehearses at Marlborough School on Tuesdays after school.

Burnaby Youth Choir – Corovoce – This choir is for students in grades 5 – 9 and rehearses at Marlborough School on Tuesdays after school.

Sound Wave Handbell Choir – This choir is for students in grades 6 – 12 and rehearse weekly at Capitol Hill School.
