How do YOU stay healthy at home?

      Fruit, Fruits, Fruit Salad, Fresh, Bio           Cycling, Bicycle, Riding, Sport  Mental Health, Abstract, Anatomy, Art

When we’re at school your families pack you healthy food to eat, we go to gym to exercise and get our heart rates up and we use strategies to keep ourselves calm throughout the day.

During the corona-virus, it might be harder for some of us to talk with our friends, stay active and eat healthy Health Tips, Health Advice, Health Blogfoods. I’m wondering what are some of the strategies or activities that YOU do each day to keep your body and mind feeling healthy?  Please share 3 tips to stay physically and mentally healthy in the comments section below.

For example:  Each day I go for a walk during lunch, even in the rain. Sometimes I don’t feel like going but after my walk I always feel refreshed. Every week I also try to cook something new! When I’m baking in the kitchen I always feel calm and joyful…especially when I get to eat my baking!  I also try to text or call a friend or a family member each day to have different conversations from my family! My tips are for people to go outside every day in nature and go for a walk and make sure your having conversations with your favourite people!

I’ve left you a few fun DIY videos to make slime and stress balls! I chose these activities because I remember the smiles you had when you played with these in the classroom 🙂

  1. Three tips that keep you heathy and stong.
    1. eat fruit and vegetable.
    2. run around your yard, do 5 laps.
    3. go for a moring walk.:)

  2. I go on a walk around the neighbourhood. I play baseball and badminton. I also eat lots of fruits.

  3. Hi ms Binng. My tip is to eat fruits, vegetables, drink lots of water, active play ( exercise, dance & biking ) and go outside to have a fresh air.

      1. ms Binng. My favourite fruits are mangos, banana, orange, apples, watermelon & grapes. For vegetables i like carrots, cucumber, beans, spinach and bokchoy.

    3. Bake once every week

    So that’s what I do to keep me healthy and my brain healthy 🙂

  5. My three tips are…
    ~ go out side at least for 30 min (or more) and do badminton or anything else
    ~ eat healthy food like peaches and apple anything of your choice
    ~ cook something with you’re family maybe one time each week

  6. 3 things that I do everyday to stay healthy.
    1. I always make sure to sleep early at night.
    2. Eat healthy food together with my family and always drink lots of water.
    3. Exercise like biking in the morning for 30 minutes.

    1- I go play soccer
    2- Play video games, but not too much
    3- Eat fruits and healthy food

  8. My 3 tips of staying healthy is…
    1. I go for a walk every week
    2. I eat healthy by eating fruits snacks veggies and meat
    3. And as my work out I do at least 5 cartwheels a day
