Dear Parents,

Today, we started off with reading and students continued working on their Survey Project. They completed the Bar Graph and Pictograph parts of the survey. Then, we did the Daily Wordle, had snack, and then recess.

After recess, students had time to work on their Science Animal Adaptations Project as the presentation is tomorrow. I shared with students the aspects I am marking them on for their Oral Presentation. Students have been given lots of class time and are expected to be ready tomorrow.

Following lunchtime, students filled in their Stop Motion and Animal Adaptations peer evaluations. This helps me to know how well the work was divided and whether everyone did equal work on these group projects. I adjust marks according to this as well as what I have noticed. Then, students worked on Book Creator.

At the end of the day, students had DPA and then we did a reading on Vaping and compared Smoking and Vaping. We discussed the negative long and short-term effects as well. Then, students did their planners and cleaned up.
