Today, my new students arrived and we did some introductory games, some All About Me writing, and guessing about their new teacher 😊 We also made name tags, birthday candles, and went over some rules and expectations for the year.

Three forms went home today, but only 2 need to be returned (you can keep the parent letter). Please return as soon as possible so I can file them for my records.

For school supplies:

-the only additional item students need is a grid notebook for math (these can be bought at Walmart or the dollar store for $1 or under)

-students are recommended to have lined notebooks for each subject if they have had trouble with organization in the past

-Materials that students will not need this year from the supply list: gym clothes, binders, dividers and tissue boxes

-Whiteboard markers should be labelled with your child’s name on it to avoid confusion
