Hi Everyone,

Today, we started off the day with some riddles for the kids to try and solve in the morning. Then, we filled out our BINGO cards in preparation for tomorrow as it is Pajama Day and School-wide Bingo with prizes tomorrow 🙂

Then, we had one more Battle of the Biomes presentation and the Grade 5’s did their vote for the most persuasive presentation 🙂

After that, Grade 4’s melted their crayons for our heat energy experiment – it looks really cool! The Grade 5’s worked on their planning and initial building of their Rube Goldberg compound machines.

After that, the students went to Music, had DPA, and then went to library.

After lunch, we had our Daily 5 activities and then at the end of the day we worked on lesson 2 in our Math Textbooks. Students will have more time to work on the questions tomorrow, so it is not homework.

*Please send a reusable grocery bag or some other type of large bag for your child to store their materials over the Winter break. We will be doing this on Friday, so the sooner the better – please also label the bag with your child’s name.
