Dear Parents,

Today, we started off with going over what kindness looks like in the classroom and what is acceptable behaviour towards others in our learning community. We emphasized that students do not need to be best friends with everyone in the class, but need to treat others with kindness and respect.

Then we had the Math Test. If all goes according to plan, I will have most of them marked today and will post them when all students finish the test tomorrow.

After that we had snack and students went to music and then we had indoor DPA.

After DPA, we had a class meeting and then students continued writing their Santa application letters and working on their good copies.

After lunch, students did their Daily 5 stations and then Grade 4s had time to work on their biome presentations that are on Friday and Grade 5s learned about wedges as a simple machine and experimented with the materials again.

Just a reminder that tomorrow is the spelling test.
