Dear Parents,

Today, we read some more of “Castle in the Attic”, our medieval book. We also went over 4-digit subtraction and played a dice game in partners to practice our subtraction. The students are working on practicing re-grouping when they are subtracting. The homework is pages 71-72 #1-7.

We did a mini lesson on pronouns and practiced using different pronouns in sentences. In the afternoon, we started our wet felting of poppies for Remembrance day – the poppies are quite colourful with red, orange, purple, and white 🙂

The students also have a Math test on Monday for Unit 2 and they were told today so they have lots of time to study!
