There is no homework for today except for parents to be aware that the Young People’s Concert is on Thursday, October 10th (next week). We will be boarding the bus at 12pm. We do not take parent volunteers for YPC trips. Our spelling test is also on Thursday, October 10th – I wrote the 11th by accident initially.

Today, we talked more about area and the formula being length x width. We are still working on it as there is still some confusion toward this topic. We will be having a Math project coming up as a cumulative assignment for our measurement (Area) topic. We also had library today and watched some videos with information about residential schools and Orange Shirt day. Students also had time to work on computers on their project assigned yesterday.

Unfortunately, we had to cancel the catapult competition due to claims of unfairness and complaining, but the students still had fun continuing to test their catapults with the other class.
