Thank you to all the students who created questions to our Think Math answer this week:

There were 70 poppies but half died out. How many survived? ~ Malachi
There were 64 poppies in a poppy bush. 29 got taken out. How many are left? ~ Satvik
There were 400 poppies. 365 were handed out at an assembly. How many left? ~ Ms. Watt

There were 25 candies. 20 got eaten. How many left? ~ Allen
There are 50 candies. 45 were eaten. How many left? ~ Jon
The trick or treaters got 5 bags of candy. Each had 5 candies. His house had 5 people plus him. Everyone ate one except him. How much left? ~ Malachi

Poppy Fund Donations Nov. 3rd-10th

Every year, Nelson Elementary School collects donations to raise funds in support of Veterans and their families.
All students will receive a poppy after our assembly next Wednesday mo
rning at 10:45. Thank you, your generous donations are so very much appreciated.
