~ U-PICK the movie! We got to sit back and relax and enjoy the 1st half of The Emoji Movie! We will be enjoying the second half tomorrow. I love the message that having real friends is more important than being popular, and that good friends will help out even when things are hard.

~ We created some cool T-SHIRT art, showcasing our
very favourites in food, things, friends, places, hobbies & more!

~is for RECREATIONAL SWIM! We brought our swimsuits, towels and goggles and walked to Burnaby South with our friends in Division 7 to cool off & have fun at MacPherson Pool!

~ We worked on memory squares, drawing a picture of our favourite memory of the school year. Ms. Watt will put them together in a QUILT to hang up in her classroom.

~ ORANGE you glad for Lemonade?! On such a hot, stuffy day it was a wonderful treat to drink some refreshing lemonade this morning with our friends in Division 7. Thank you Ms. Tsumori!!

~ As Ms.Watt was home sick in her pjs, Division 8 wore their PJs and dove into some paper and pen, wooden and electronic Hour of Code PUZZLES with their friends.

~ It was time for the most infamous & popular days of the Alphabet Countdown …NEAPOLITAN Ice Cream Sundaes!!!
We gathered with our friends in Division 7 for an ice cream sundae party with some NEAPOLITAN ice cream & the candy from our E is for Estimation day.
I hope nobody got a stomach ache…

~ MASCOTS! Red Megalodons, Green Sea Turtles, Blue Dolphins and Golden Goldfish all competed yesterday in our Underwater themed Sports Day which brought on a little more wetness than expected!
Thank you to everyone for their patience and continued good cheer as we switched around events while still managing to have tons of laughs and fun! Congratulations to the Blue Dolphins for their big Sports Day win!

 ~ KERNELS of popcorn!
We invited division 9 to come over to share some popcorn and good books.
We popped some popcorn in an old fashioned hot air popcorn popper, the one that Miss Watt used as a Grade 3 student herself! It was so cool to see it close up instead of waiting outside a microwave!
