In November we commemorate Remembrance Day. In the fall we harvested the poppy seeds from the flowers that bloomed in June. We planted these seeds to Remember those who sacrificed for our freedoms we have today. Our poppies will bloom in late spring which is when the poem “In Flander’s field” was written.
