In P.E. this week, we learned all about bowling! We utilized our underhand throwing, teamwork and hand eye coordination skills. Ask your kid to explain the different levels we passed in our classes. 

First off, we would like to thank all of you who were able to attend our virtual science play! We hope you enjoyed watching us as much as we did performing! For our first play we did an amazing job and are very proud of ourselves! Happy International Women’s Day to all the women who have raised these amazing students! We celebrated International Women’s Day by learning about why we celebrate this important day, we read “Malala Yousafzai Warrior With Words”, and we wrote letters to some amazing women!

“Kindness is one size fits all!” – Anonymous     Div. 9 learned all about how Pink Shirt Day started and why and how we celebrate it!  As a class, we think it is so important to be kind every day of the year and not just on Pink Shirt Day.

Div. 9 had a great literacy week! Here are some activities that we did!

Division 9 will bring their pumpkins home tomorrow— we have been learning about measurement today and they were great items for these lessons. Students may wear costumes on Friday. No masks or weapons are allowed. in light of our current health orders and all the extra wraps necessary for treat sharing, I am requesting that no treats be brought in this year. Thank you for understanding 😁🎃
