Work for Thursday May 28th

1. Watch the Morning Announcements on Teams
2. Watch Salmon Boy
3. Watch Ant and the Grasshopper
4. Music Class with Mr. Smith from 1:30 – 2:00 on Zoom
5. Math:
   1. Spend 10 minutes playing one or more of the math games from last week
   2. Have someone create subtraction questions for you, or create your own (Grade 1’s to 20, Kindergarten’s to 5), use your fingers, counters and a number line to help you answer the questions. Which strategy works best for you? You might know some of the answers in your head now, but as the questions get harder you will need to know what strategy works best to help you solve trickier questions. If the questions are too easy, have someone make some harder ones for you.
6. Reading: Kindergarten’s, read for 15-20 minutes, or have someone read to you, Grade 1’s, read a book on Raz Kids, if you haven’t made a recording yet this week, make one today.
7. Complete a Writing Page, on a topic of your choice
