- Watch the morning announcements for today with Mrs. Kumar and her dog! I have stopped posting them on the blog. You can now access them the same as the rest of the school. Go to Teams, click on the Montecito Mustangs Announcements Team, go to files and choose the announcement for today. (Starting next week I will likely only have Wednesdays to work on online learning, so I am simplifying the announcements section.) Please let me know if you have trouble accessing the announcements.
- Watch Ms. Peters’ video for today
- Watch Tortoise and the Hare
- Watch Two Sisters and complete a My Connection page for the story. (Have you seen the Two Sisters? Have you looked at the North Shore Mountains? Maybe you can see them from your house. Have you ever been to the mountains? As you are watching the story think about what connections you have to the story.
- Reading: Grade 1’s, read a book on Raz Kids, Kindergarten’s: spend 20 minutes listening to stories (from a family member or on Tumblebooks) or reading or listening to stories on Raz Kids
- Math:
- Play Which is Smaller – Subtraction: instructions are on the post from Friday
- Have someone create some subtraction questions for you (Kindergartens to 5, and Grade 1’s to 20) or create some for yourself, and use a number line to answer the questions.
