Division 7 students were very proud and excited to share their findings for their Animal Research Project.
They spent a couple weeks investigating the different animal classes: Mammals, Reptiles, Fish, Birds, Amphibians, and Anthropods. The children got to learn the similarities and differences between the different animal classes.
For the project piece, the children got to pick a new animal to investigate on. They all choose an animal they felt they knew little about. They spent the next few weeks researching the animals: special characteristics, habit, eating trends, off-spring, and much more.
A special thank you to Mrs. Liu, Mrs. Hartley, Mr. Parco, Mrs. Lee, and Mrs. Engst for their help in making this project possible. Another special thank you goes to Division 7 families in helping the children prepare for their presentations. They did an amazing job presenting their facts and findings with the class. Way to go Division 7, we are all so very proud of all your hard work and dedication!
