I think its important because people can celebrate that topic. If people who are that and who think they are can get power from the celebrate. I also think it is important because the other people can know about how suffer by their issue, so the other people can help them overcome the things that they`re suffering. I also think that we should campaign because the people who are suffering get courage and they get supported by the people campaigns on that day. I think people should start campaigns and spread awareness because if we stop doing the bad stuff, I think a lot of bad things are going to happiest last reason that we should do campaigns and spread awareness because if some one gets bullied they will get stress but some people who gets bullied they think that they are weak and they think that they must bully so that they will look powerful and don’t look like a looser.

I don’t know why but some people think that its weird or Grose of other people’s skin color so that’s why some kids bully others about their skin color. The second reason why bullying is happening is because of their face I don’t know why but people call each other ugly for example: in the book wonder the main character gets bullied because how ugly his face is. I think its ok to be ugly you just don’t bully him or she, if he or she is ugly don’t say to him or she or bully about being ugly just keep it in your mind. The third reason why people bully each other is because they are weak, people think that it is fun or its funny to bully weak kids. I saw a show and there was a weak kid who always get bullied buy the strong kids, at the end he got stronger and overpowered the bullied.
I think its important for being an upstander or an ally because if one person gets bullied a lot of people who will win?? So, I think it is important to be an ally or an upstander. I also think because if you don’t have friends you can be an ally or an up stander and help the kid who gets bullied then the other people will appreciate you and you can help the person who gets bullied. Its also important to be an ally or an upstander you can get help from each other and be a good friend.
I think setting the date and doing campaign make people remember, and there is more impact on bringing awareness to people. For example a young environmental activist, Greta Thunberg who started the movement called Fridays for Future and spread her words to teenagers or young people.
At the end she drew an enormous attention from politicians and people from all around the world. Having a campaign slogan of a campaign makes people remember easier.
Plan the date is also important. For example Pride week, Earth day, Orange T Shirt Day. etc, because the date are the same ever year make people remember. One of the reasons people bully other people to gain the control over the person. They fell stronger and more powerful.
They have low self-esteem. They feel scared, and they don’t have confident in their self. The third reason could be to do with having bad relationship with family or friends. They don’t feel secure because their relationship are weak.
standing up for somebody is a good thing to do. If you are brave enough to voice it out what you believe you can influence someone or many people and literally you can change the whole world! For example I am Malala who stood up for girls in Afghanistan to access to the education.
Also the climate change activist Greta Thunberg who is very famous in recent years. We live in a democratic country which offers freedom of speech, freedom of religions, equal rights, and human rights.etc. those conditions were built by people speaking up in the history. Therefor I believe being a a a upstander is very important.

I think that starting campaigns like spirit day because it makes people like LGBTQ+ people feel like they are special when a lot of homophobic people are always upsetting them and telling them they don’t belong. This is also important because like reconciliation day/orange shirt day it recognizes the people like in this case the LGBTQ+ community an lets the express themselves. Another celebration like spirit day is the pride parade I personally have been to one before COVID-19. A pride parade is a parade that happens during pride Month. Pride month is a month all about the LGBTQ+ community. Again I think that starting campaigns or days like spirit day is important because it can also change peoples opinion. It can change people opinion because some people they bully people but when in this case the LGBTQ+ community they have no popularity but when they do and the person can change their mind. Spirit day can also teach people about the LGBTQ+ community just like pride month can. People bully others of various reasons to many to name. One reason I think why someone would bully someone is because disabilities. Because some adults or kids think that if someone looks different they are weird or dumb an they think they can bully them. Not just looking different but things like ADHD or autism. People think that because your autistic or you have ADHD you cant do things that everyone else does and they bully you. Another reason that can cause bullying is just not being popular like in high school if your quiet and you don’t have many friends you could get bullied by the ones who are popular. They bully you when you are different from their group. You can be belief for your sexuality, the way you look, a disability, how popular you are, the way you act, but another popular reason that causes bullying is how wealthy you are. If you are poor or less wealthy people get the wrong idea of you. They think you are a different person they can have many different ideas of you and bully you push you around. The last reason I’m going to talk about is your skin color or where you come from. This is also called racism, a form of bullying for your skin color, even where you come from. This is a famous way of bullying and not only to kids but to adults to. There were protests about this, many of them it lasted for a long time and this has been a thing for a while time. Being a ally is very important in the job LGBTQ+ because ally’s are there for the ones that get bullied. Homophobic people only go for the LGBTQ+ community not the ally’s. This allows the ally’s to stand up for the one that are bullied. The same things apply to upstanders, being an upstanders is very similar to a ally. The LGBTW+ community also can give ally or upstanders confidence to join the community. The community also teaches the ally’s/upstanders about the community and they can teach homophobic and maybe change them.
