The instructor told us not to use a lot of plastic to try and stop global warming.

Thank you very much for reading my blog article about my Aqua van reflection and I hope you have wonderful day or night.

AquaVan Reflection

My AquaVan reflection was cool because I was able to touch the sea creatures and the furs and that was SOOOO cool because love animals.

The people were really nice because they answered our questions with really helpful answers like
“Does it hurt when you touch a sea anemone?” and they replied with a really complicated answer but trust me, it was good 🙂

there is a picture of a sea anemone in the link down below:

We got to touch the back and it’s really cool and weird.

Should We Eat Seals?

I’m a bit confused because it’s part of some peoples food chain for people that live in Antartica.  These people can’t go to the grocery store to buy food so they hunt the seals.

I think for me I don’t want to eat seals,  because I’m thinking of how cute they are and it probably doesn’t taste good.  I also feel bad for the seals because some people do not care about killing these cute animal they only care about their food.

I think we should leave the seals alone and let them live because they could become extinct.

Should Seals Be Served In The Restaurant

I think that seals should not be served in restaurants because, they can get extinct. That can ruin the environment. The species that Granville Island is serving is the Harp seal.

They feed on small shrimp and small fish such as herring, cod and cape line. If seals get extinct all of these sea animals will get too much.

Also not all species of seals are endangered, but for the many species that are endangered, there are a number of different causes, including hunting, climate change and natural disasters. The populations of many seal species have been steadily declining over the past several hundred years due to humans killing millions of them for their skin, meat and blubber.

The polar bears hunt the seals and if the seals get extinct and then they can’t find any food.

Reduce, reuse and recycle

Why do we reduce, reuse or recycle

Image result for recycle
The reason why we recycle is because if we keep throwing recyclable things everywhere, then soon our whole world will become a giant landfill. The reason that we reuse because if we just recycle everything then it’s going to be a lot of pollution in the air, the reason there is going to be a lot of pollution in the air because the machines that melt the plastic and make it into something new it uses gas or some type of fuel to make it work.So if something uses gas or fuel it creates smoke and the smoke goes into the air. That’s the reason why I think we should reuse. The reason why we should also reduce, so we can reduce pollution from the machines that are making plastic. Also if we use less plastic companies can stop tearing down trees to make factories. That’s why I think we should reduce, reuse and recycle.
