First Peoples

Here is a map of the Aboriginal First Nations before any European contact. As you can see, this land was very well populated by various aboriginal groups before the explorers arrived from Europe. What was life like for them before the land was colonized and became Canada? How do you think life changed for the Aboriginal Peoples?  Was it for the better or the worse?
