Hello Band students!

Music is a language — and learning to read and play in a new language takes time and practice.  When you use the new language regularly, it WILL get easier to remember, to read, and to play.

Here are links to a note naming activity featuring the first 5 notes for your instrument.  Have fun!

FLUTE = Bb, C, D, Eb, F

CLARINET & TRUMPET = C, D, E, F, G

ALTO SAX = G, A, B, C, D

TENOR SAX = C, D, E, F, G

FRENCH HORN = F, G, A, Bb, C

BARITONE & TROMBONE = Bb, C, D, Eb, F
