A similarity I see between our weaving project and “Sam2” is that we both use materials that are unwanted. They (Sam2) uses scrap pieces of metal and things people don’t want and have thrown out. Whereas we (Div2) are using natural materials such as fallen willow and and ivy which we have weeded from a garden that the ivy was invading. We both have created something unique and interesting. An example of that is the “drums” Sam2 made. They even named the drums. Another example or examples is everybody’s weaving projects which is both unique and interesting and either a mix of willow and ivy or one of those materials alone. Sam2 and Div 2 are both helping the environment by reusing unwanted materials.
