I am talking about stress and how I avoid it. I sometimes I leave my homework to the last day. If I try to go fast then I start to stress, I don’t know why. But if I don’t go fast, then I start to calm down.

I also don’t stay organised in many things, like a desk/bin, binder, a box, when I can’t find something, and more. I fail a lot to stay organised. How to be calm when not organised is clean up every day, I mostly forget to, but I try to remember to clean up.

I stress when I am losing a game. I only stress about it when I try it so many times and still fail. I try to not stress by saying it is just a game or I stop playing the game.

That’s is what I mostly stress about other things I don’t remember how to be calm or I don’t remember at all. That’s how I manage stress!!!!
