When I get stressed out by my sisters, cousins and people in the school, I take a deep breath, walk away, don’t listen, calm down, be quiet and try to stop a fight. This is some of the strategies I use when I get stressed. Some other things like when I get mad at my sister’s I will be quiet, close my ears and walk away. When I get mad at my cousins I walk away, stop playing with them and tell them to stop. When I get mad at a person at the school I walk away, say stop bothering me and tell a super visor.
