My favorite place is near the water because it is silent and calm. Sometimes I can even feel it without touching it. Being in the water and listening to waves reminds me of home because I used to live near by a really big and sandy beach. I remember I used to race my dad in the water.

Sometimes when I get angry I go in water to calm myself down. For me, the water is like one of those friends that always calms you down.

I like the water most because of its blue look, sometimes I look at it and can’t even tell if it’s the sky or the sea.

Sometimes my friends say I am a big weirdo for liking the water so much, but I never listened to them.

I am crazy for fishing in the sea with my uncle, most of the times we go fishing we do the Who Gets More Fish Challenge, he calls it by the name but I call it WGMF Challenge, we basically try to get more fish than our opponent, I always won (and my uncle is a boss at fishing).

I also like going to water parks like Granville Island Water Park because it is fun and it has waterslides.

Being near water is like being in home

One of my favourite place is P.N.E/Play-land, it’s my favourite place because it has so much fun stuff.
Fun rides like the roller coaster and fun games you can win.
The first ride I went (my first time there) to was a big roller coaster ride with my cousins (also Mom and sister), it was scary (because I was little).
The 5th or 4th ride was bumper cars the bad news was, I was too short (I was 8 or 9 years old), I really (really, really, really) wanted to ride the bumper cars.
The rest was fun but when we got to eat hot-dogs and drinks (it was cheap food).
P.N.E/Play-land is fun.

Hello! My name is Russell. I live in Burnaby, B.C, and Canada. I am 11 years old. I was born here in Canada and my parents are from the Philippines. My parents immigrated here in Canada to have a better life. At home, I live with my mom and dad and, my little brother called Harold. We live in an old apartment and we have been in this apartment for eight years now. I am happy to live with my family because they are loving and caring. We also like spending so much time together and we treat each other with respect. My family and I loves adventures like going to mountains, lakes, parks, and other places with great scenery. My family and I likes eating roasted pig and roasted chicken because it is very crunchy and delicious. On weekdays we really don’t spend that much time together because I have school and my parents have work. But we feel free to spend more time together on weekends.

Favorited place my favourite place is the Orlando Disney land because have some cool place like roller coaster and simulator and movie 4D and water parks and the character. I like a busy place I don’t feel alone and safe and that is my second time on united states I there have some scary park and my father broken he glasses in there I the mummy because is a roller coaster I like there because is sunny every day and I pool I there is so hot in there I like there and this Is my favourite place…

The place I like to go to is a place near water I like the sound of the waves and the water going down the hill and sit down and listing to the water when I sleep I wold like to live in a place like in niagera falls and live there and I wold have lots of water I want to go to all the place that has water like water manea and the beach and Hawaii!! I like to live near a lake AND IT’S A GRAT PLACE TO GO FISHING AND SWIMMING.

My favourite place to go to is the P.N.E. The P.N.E is also a very busy place because the P.N.E is a very fun and exciting place for people. THE P.N.E is a very fun place because there are lots and lots of rides to go to. The P.N.E is a very big place and feel free to go anywhere you want around the P.N.E. In the P.N.E there are rollercoasters, shows, Car rides, bumpy rides, etc. The worst part in the P.N.E is getting tickets because there is a very long line up and you will have to wait very long. But it is still worth it. It’s better to go to the P.N.E in the summer because there will be a good weather to enjoy your experience in the P.N.E.

One of my favourite places to go is play land and I like going there with my family and friends specially when I go with my class to play land because I love having fun with them and eating with them too, most of all I love to play games and sometimes I win toys and some people might also win one of those big toys the size of a person. Another reason that my favourite place is play land is because almost all the rides are high and I love going on high rides. Play land is a busy place because there are lots of people and also lots of sounds when people go on scary rides sometimes. Another of my favourite places is my home because i have everything I need and I can be with my family and do play dates with my friends, my home is in a building because I live in an apartment but on the first floor, I also like my home because its calm and safe and I don’t have to worry about being alone because I’m right at my house and that’s where I like to be and I have all my favourite things in my home.

My name is angelica I go to a school called Maywood community. My family has one brother two sister including me a mom and dad. My brother name is Berry my sister names is Bee my mom name is Anna  my dads name is berry. Me and my family lives in a apartment  my mom loves going to her friend she brings me to come to her friends party  my mom and me believes in god my sister, brother and me believes in aliens I don’t know what my dad believes in.

My favorite place is the little park, it has no name so me and my friends call it the little park. The little park has four swings in total, which sounds pretty good, right? But, there are 2 baby swings and 2 normal swings. There are also 2 baby slides and 1 squeal slide. The playground is pretty small but there are a pretty big field and a lot of trees. There are a small thin road for people to walk on. This little playground is my favorite place because when I just came to Canada, my mom take me to the playground and I play until it’s very dark and not a single person is there. That sounds okay if it’s spring or fall, but it’s summer. So, I actually play until 11pm or even 11:30pm. So the earliest time I leave is10pm or 10:30.

I don’t know why, I do not know how to speak English, so I couldn’t talk or play with anyone. I just play on the slide or watch other people play and thinks it’s a lot of fun. Until I had new friends I still play there, but not to 11pm anymore. In summer, I only play until 8pm. The little park gave me lots of good memories like playing games, but it also gave me bad memories too, like once me and my friends are playing hid and seek, me and my friend ran and ran and I fall, hard on the rock ground. It hurt a lot and it toke me days to let my leg feel better again. That’s why the little park is my favorite place. And I think it will be forever until I grew up, I will remember this place forever.
