Procedure Writing

Below is a sample of a very simple procedure. If I asked you how many steps are there to follow when brushing your teeth, what would you say?

Goal or Aim – What are you going to do

Materials/Ingredients – list what you need

Steps/Method – in order 1-8 or more

Visuals – if they help to explain the steps

Conclusion – a short statement or explanation
