Mr. Kelsey will be at camp with the grade 6s from April 26 to April 28. Grade 5 students will move to Mr. Brennan’s class on April 26 at 9:45 and stay there until the end of the day Friday. Parents who pick up their grade 5 students should go to room 16 on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Monday April 24th is a Pro-D Day so there will be no school for students.
Student-Led Conferences are Thursday April 20th. Parents should have received an email allowing them to sign up for a time. This is a chance for students to show their parents some of the things they’ve been working on in class. Don’t forget there’s also an early dismissal that day.
From April 11th to April 14th we will have a guest in to teach students about drumming an rhythm. There will be a performance in the gym on the 14th to share what we’ve learned.
There will be no school on April 7 (Good Friday) and April 10 (Easter). Have a restful long weekend.

Students in division 5 have been working hard to develop pop up businesses for a sale on March 8th in the gym. They have been participating in JA Canada‘s “Business of our Own” program to develop their entrepreneurial skills.
