Carnival started on January twenty seventh and ended on the thirty first. Bonhomme came in a car this year but everyone thought he would come on the fire truck. Five fire trucks went past, three had the sirens on and the other two just passed by. Everyone was dancing on Arrow street. It was very very loud.Then we went to the gym and there was the opening ceremony. Everyone was screaming and shouting. I couldn’t even hear myself. The next day, even division numbers wereninvited to dance. Sadly I didn’t go.  Thursday we got maple syrup cookies. They were very good. Friday  was closing ceremony day. Bonhomme gave the key back to Marlborough. Carnival was fun! by Aaron
