ENERGY BLAST SNACKS AND LUNCHES:
We encourage students to bring in energy blast snacks and lunch items that will provide energy throughout the day. This helps students to focus and maintain creative and critical thinking skills. We teach the students about “Energy Blast” snacks to be eaten during the morning recess break. Please try to have an appropriate option in their bags such as fruit, vegetables, whole grain crackers, or yogurt to fuel them for the rest of their morning.
