This Wikipedia page explains how Pythagorean tuning uses math ( frequency ratio and intervals) to determine how high or how low a note is based on the vibrations per second. The faster it is, the higher the note is. The lower the vibrations are, the lower the note is. I will use this site to further understand the Pythagorean tuning method.

Module One Post Nine (The Lacrosse Stick)
this website will help me for a few moments. The first thing this website helps with is the width, height, and depth of the shaft and pocket. this will help me because those are all aspects of math. I will learn about the depth, length, and width through actual sticker and ones offline.
Module one Post Six (Levee Dancers)
For my sixth post I have chosen a website that explains more styles of dance before it evolved into tap dance. This website talks about how before soft shoe dancing, it started with pedestal dancing. Pedestal dancing is when the dancer dresses in in a certain colour and dances on a pedestal in a statue like manner. It also talks about Levee dancers. Levee dancers were Negro slaves who would dance on their boats making rhythms by stomping and doing various movements with their feet. This website also introduces wings. A wing is when the dancer jumps up into the air and while they are getting into the air their feet brush out to the sides and back in again when they come down. There are various kinds of wings, for example, the is a double wing, the most basic wing to do. A double wing is when both of your feet brush the ground at the same time when jumping up and landing. A pendulum wing is when one foot does a wing and in between each wing, the other foot brushes back and forth. I think this a very good website to use because there are lots of information on what kinds of dance came before tap.
Module One Post Six (Math in Basketball)
http://www.sciencemag.org/news/2011/08/mathematics-basketball
This website shows how many time you can be on the opponent half court, it’s about 30 seconds and the team need to shoot under 30 seconds. To pass better is you need good eye contact and good handling the ball. Always watch your opponent and where the legs moving. It show you need to pass the ball down angle so more chances your player have
This helps me because it’s important to make sure you pass to your teammate and give them chances to shoot too. Passing is also very important more important than shooting because your team need to take time to shoot when it’s open goal.
Module one post 7 (my dad)
My dad will be able to help me a lot on this project. He is a car mechanic and works on cars everyday. He might not know a ton about go karts, but he will know different tricks and techniques that can improve the fixing of the kart.
My dad and I have a really good relationship. We are always working together at the track, and have the same interests in cars, racing, and mechanics. he will be willing to help me and show me ways to fix cars or go karts more efficiently. He also knows how the engine works and will be able to help me understand it better.
module one post 6 (Italian Motors Kart Mechanics)
Italian Motors go kart mechanics are by far the best source for me if I decide to use information about fixing the go kart or the engine of a go kart. I know these mechanics very well. They work on go karts everyday. They know the ins and outs of the go kart the best because they work on them everyday.
These mechanics will be very helpful for me. If I decide to use information about the go kart or engine, they will know the answer and be able to help me understand better. They will also be able to show me how to fix or change certain parts of the go kart or engine. Having people that work on go karts everyday will definitely be able to help me.

Module One Post Six [Generations of Computers]
Generations of Computers
In 1822 the first computer was made. It was able to make basic mathematical equations. The main goal of computers is to be casual. Later computers can do more complicated equations and are easier to use. In 1983 the first personal computer was made. Macintosh was the later name. In 1993 the first graphics card was released and that was very important because of that it made gaming a lot easier.
Module One Post Seven (shooting angles/power)
This video explains how to shoot overhand in lacrosse. It shows different types of shooting and when you should use them. It explains the different angles you should use when shooting depending on where you are along the 8 metre. This will help me with shooting angles and how to hold the stick. Each angle you are shooting from changes the power and place you are shooting from.
