Division 16 is learning about our community- the people and places that belong. Yesterday we went to Me-n-Eds’s Pizza Parlors restaurant to learn how pizza is made. On our way to the restaurant, we saw many places in our community like the bottle depot and car shop. At the restaurant, the students got to check out the restaurant’s kitchen and learn about pizza making. Then they got to try out the yummy pizza. When we got back to class, I asked the students what was their favourite part of the field trip. Many of them said they enjoyed eating the pizza.
