In Physical and Health Education, we have been exploring the concept of and strategies to help self-regulate our behaviour at school and elsewhere.  Some useful terminology that helps children grasp this concept is naming behaviour as expected and / or unexpected.  We are sharing this lesson and a few work samples with you as we think it might be useful terminology to carry on at home.
