Today we:

• corrected Cp2
• learned numbers 21-3000 (technically we learned all the way up to a trillion, but no need to memorize numbers that high!!)
• did our first pré-Dictée
• did some activities to prepare for a video clip next class:
  • Cp4 – predictions
  • Cp5 – went through what each phrase means

For next class:

• French 8 package:
  • p9 – practicing numbers
  • p13 – months & days of the week (use the notes on p12)
• CMML Dictée A – lundi le 22 sept

Today we:

• corrected the numbers WS (#1-20)
• played Battleship to practice our numbers and alphabet
• received our first cahiers (Le Cas Mystérieux de Monsieur Leblanc)
• took notes on classroom objects (the PPT is found here: Classroom objects notes)

For next class:

• Cp2 (cahier page 2)
• talk to your parent/guardian to decide if you are going to write in the cahiers (workbooks) this year and therefore are going to pay the $5 replacement cost on School Cash Online (remember that you have the option of just borrowing the cahiers and as long as if you don’t write in them, there would be no replacement cost) – I am handing them out next class

• joué à Kahoot pour pratiquer les adjectifs possessifs
• fait une activité de lecture – Tp8 #1

• imprimez les notes (we’re using these over the next few classes, so you need to print out at least the Imparfait & Pronouns – we’re going to do Qui & Que much later in the year and the passé composé is just there for you for reference)
