Aujourd’hui nous avons:

  • écrit (et corrigé) le quiz de vocab (Un4)
  • appris le plus que parfait (Tp134-135)
    • Cp34-35 #1,2,3,5

  • Concours d’art oratoire – nous commençons mercredi le 4 fév (nous aurons aussi du temps pour travailler jeudi le 29 jan)

Fr8 P8 – mercredi le 14 jan

Today we:

  • wrote the quiz (être, avoir, -er verbs, faire, jouer à, faire de & jouer de)
  • corrected Cp19
  • did an interview with a partner using Cp20
  • continued working on interview questions with Cp21 & 22

For next class:

  • finish whatever you didn’t complete in class:
    • Cp21
    • Cp22 (you only need to write a summary for ONE of them)

Catch-up afternoons – Term 2

Were you away the day of a test? Did you not earn a passing grade on the test?

If you answered “yes” to either of these questions, then you need a catch-up afternoon! They are in my classroom, E204 and begin ~ 3:10pm.

If you were away the day of the test, just show up at the catch-up afternoon.

If you did not earn a passing grade on the test and would like another chance to show your learning, you need to do the following at least 48 hours before the catch up afternoon:

  • Test rewrite application
  • show me all completed work that was available to help you practice the material (completed cahier, worksheets etc)
  • Also remember that you’re welcome to come see me during flex time, before & after school to get help!

Catch-up afternoon dates:

  • mardi le 3 fév – cancelled because Mme Romain was sick
  • mercredi le 25 fév
  • mardi le 3 mars

Aujourd’hui nous avons:

  • discuté et commencé le concours d’art oratoire / oral presentation
    • IF you might want to go to the district level competition, you need to follow the official rules
    • if you have no interest in going to the district level competition, the rules are a bit more flexible for you!
      • It is still a live, oral presentation and needs to be 3-5 minutes in length. The difference is that you can use visuals (like a PPT or Canva presentation) if you would like!

  • répondu à une question orale:
    • Comment préfères-tu payer tes achats? Pourquoi?
  • fait 2 activités d’écoute
  • fait 2 activités de flash culture
  • appris de la grammaire – voir, croire, apercevoir etc (Un4a.1 – Tp170-171)

Pour la prochaine classe:

  • Cp60 #3-5
  • Quiz de vocab Un4a (Tp162-163) – jeudi le 15 jan
  • Concours d’art oratoire (or oral presentation) – jeudi le 5 fév
