Bonjour à tous! I hope you had a wonderful, restful holiday!
There are still many unknowns with Covid, Omicron and coming back to school. Here are the things I can tell you (with some certainty):
- The plan is for all students in the province to return to in-person learning on Monday January 10th
- Staff and students will continue to wear masks to minimize the spread of Covid
- Staff and students will continue to do the daily health check each day and stay at home if they are feeling unwell or have any of the symptoms on the daily health check (aka – please stay home if you aren’t well!!)
- Make sure to eat a good breakfast before school or lunch during lunch time because students (and me too) will no longer be allowed to eat in class
- My jury duty was cancelled, so I’m going to be teaching you for the rest of the semester!
