On this Think About It Thursday, I have attached another story time read that will support you with your thinking about your pond story.  The attached link will show Mrs. E. reading a story about Frog Friends.  Froggy and Eyela will be in the background in support of your READWORKS pond and frog reads for the weeks.

The purpose of today’s story time is for you to gain a better understanding of how setting and character are introduced at the beginning of a story, how a problem or challenge arises in the middle of a story where new characters are introduced and how a story concludes with the problem being solved.  Here is the link to    Friend Frog.  I only have 5 minutes to record, so if you miss any portions of the story, you can pause and go back.

When working through your math video lessons this week, keep in mind that you have the power to make Math Fun and complete your tasks of learning about multiplication and arrays.  On Tuesday, when we meet next, I may ask you what math video helped you the most and what Math Arrays you have seen and found in your daily experiences.  There will be a Special Math Super Hero Guest attending our meeting as well.

Please remember to email Ms. Jefferson and let her know you have been working on her assignments.  She has sent 3 assignments out to all of you but you just need to send her an email to let her know you are experiencing some form of music throughout your week.
