In-class essay assessment for Shakespeare unit. Students have all class to write and papers are due by the end of the period.

CW 12 (Pd 2):
Journal #6 (for portfolio): What delighted you as a child? What disgusted you? Recreate a scene with you in it where you feel one of these ways.
Blank postcards distributed for micro-fiction projects. Students must fit their 300 word story on to ONE side of their postcard only. Students are welcome to put their title and/or any art on the other side should they wish.
Micro-fiction projects are due at the start of class on Jan 26 (Mon). Remaining class time to work on projects.
English 11CW (Pd 4):
Extended work block: for students who have not finished the TJP journals in their portfolios, they need to complete them during this time.
Collect novels and update book cards.
Group discussion: gender stereotypes (as intro for our next unit on Macbeth which will begin Jan 26).
