Analysis assignment for “Invitations”:
Part A: The central character rationalizes her initial acceptance and subsequent rejection of each invitation. In chart form, identify and plot her reasons for accepting each invitation, followed by her reasons for rejecting each.
Part B: What generality can be drawn about the influences that appear to be the motivation for her decisions?
Hand out portfolios and organize “Table of Contents”.
Work time to complete/add to analysis from last day for “The Lottery”.
