Hello families of Division 2!
Report cards are going home next week. All students who are attending school in the building will be given their report card on the day they attend.
For those learning from home, I will be available to distribute report cards and any other personal items at the school on Thursday, June 26 from 9:00am – 3:00 pm. Please send me an email with your preferred time for pickup, with a 1-hour time frame that will work for your schedule (eg: 9:00-10:00).
We must follow social distancing protocols, just as we did when you picked up your school supplies and paper work packets. When picking up report cards:
- You will be given a 15 minute time slot
- Please pick up from the north side outside door nearest our classroom
- Please minimize the number of people visiting the school to pick up (there will be students from other classes, so the school grounds will be busier than before)
- Please maintain 2 metres of distance from others while on the school grounds
For those who do not have Library books to return (which are due to Mrs. Nerpio by June 23), you may return your Math Makes Sense textbook at your report card pickup time as well.
Any report cards not picked up next Thursday will be held in the school office.
