We\u2019ve made it! \u00a0It\u2019s our last week of school and you have made many achievements this year. \u00a0This year, you have grown in many ways that nobody would have imagined. \u00a0I\u2019m very proud of all your accomplishments and I hope you will have a wonderful summer! \u00a0I will miss all of you and I hope to see many of you in September!<\/p>\n<p>This week, we will be concluding our units. \u00a0You have a few final projects to work on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Science<\/li>\n<li>ADST<\/li>\n<li>Writing<\/li>\n<li>Art<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We will continue with our regular scheduled zoom meetings:<\/p>\n<p>Science and Math with Ms. Short (Tuesday and Wednesday); class meeting with me (Ms. Yapp) (Wednesday 11am).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Please email Ms. Short at \u00a0 <a href=\"allie.short@burnabyschools.ca\">allie.short@burnabyschools.ca<\/a>\u00a0if you have trouble logging into the math or science meetings. \u00a0Select the link from the specific meetings, or copy the individual meeting IDs and passwords.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a message from Ms. Short to you!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Hello Division 5,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #339966;\">What a year it\u2019s been! I am so thankful to have been welcomed into your class this year to complete my practicum. Each and every one of you has helped to make this an unforgettable year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Thank you all for being so incredibly kind, patience, and fun through the opportunities I had to teach you. When we were in the school, you were friendly and encouraging, and that has continued into our online learning journey. Everyone has been wonderful at adapting to the new online delivery method of my lesson plans, and I can\u2019t thank you enough!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #339966;\">I hope you all have a wonderful summer and are able to enjoy spending time in BC with your families!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Ms. Short<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This week, here are some activities I\u2019d like to you try and keep working on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Read 10-15 minutes on <b>Epic Books<\/b> each day (you can read more if you complete your daily assignments).\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Please only choose your own account\/avatar. \u00a0DO NOT change other students\u2019 profile. \u00a0Thank you!<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Practice 10-15 minutes on <b>Prodigy<\/b> each day (you can practice more if you complete your daily assignments).
