We have another fun week ahead of us!<\/p>\n
At the end of last week, Zoom invitations were sent out. \u00a0You would have received three invitations. \u00a0One math group and two read aloud sessions. \u00a0Please email me if you have not received the invitations, or the math time I have given you does not work with your schedule.<\/p>\n
Last week, we had our first round of math zoom lessons on Geometry. \u00a0We will continue with lesson 2 in Geometry this week. \u00a0Also, we will have an art lesson this week on how to make your own playdough. \u00a0The playdough will be used for lesson 3 Geometry (next week). \u00a0Modelling clay will also work for the lesson if you have any. \u00a0We will be concluding our unit on Matter. \u00a0Next week, we will start our new science unit on Energy.<\/p>\n
I\u2019d like to thank Ms. Araujo for being our guest reader last week. \u00a0We will continue to have Ms. Araujo as our weekly Thursday guest reader.<\/p>\n
Next week, I\u2019m hoping we can start weekly class meetings. \u00a0More details to follow.<\/p>\n
Some of you have started your ADST lessons. \u00a0If you haven\u2019t yet, please check out the ADST page. Families, I encourage you to watch the slide shows with your child.<\/p>\n
