\"IMG_5759\"We went to Beecher creek to find different berries and to find our nurse log.  Mrs. Brolin’s grade one class joined us as well.  It was their first time to the creek.  When we arrived Ms. Yap showed us a cherry tree.  It had lots of whitey-pink flowers on it.<\/p>\n

\"IMG_5769\"Then Mr. Yanko showed us a blackberry bush and Huckleberry growing out of a nurse log.  Then we went to explore the forest and found a door and a birds nest.  We found a woodpecker too.  Mr. Yanko pointed out a whole bunch of purple flowers and said they were salmon berries.   \"IMG_5774\" \"IMG_5773\"<\/p>\n

\"IMG_5770\"We found our nurse log.  Its was a brown and barely had leaves left on it.  It had zero green on it.  It was decomposing.<\/p>\n
