Halloween Stem Challenge:
Challenge: Can you trap the ghost inside a haunted house?
Materials: Ghost, paper plate, unifix cubes and snap cubes
Challenge accepted! The students were ready to build a haunted house to keep the ghost inside.
Look at our spooky haunted houses! The ghosts are definitely trapped inside and unable to come out and scare us. Way to go Division 16!
Math You Can Eat: Smarties Graph:
Task: In partners, sort the Smarties and graph
Students enjoyed sorting, graphing, and eating the Smarties!
