So this book is a journal writing about Natalie’s daily life, written by Bernice Thurman Hunter during the wold war 2. Basically it tells you about human life during the war time, how they communicate with each others. The interesting point in this book is about the author she wrote it by her experiences , like she was telling the reader about her own story. Furthermore i like they way how the author created the main character an outspoken, intelligent and beautiful girl. I recommend this book for people who like history or maybe romantic because there are some love storied in this book which are pretty which are pretty cute.
